Franchise owners and key staff members will each receive 202 – 209 hours of on-the-job training and 25 – 30 hours of classroom training on our systems and operating model. When it’s time for your Grand Opening, our Penn Station franchise team will travel to your location to ensure you are calm, confident, and excited when you open your doors. Owners will have access to the Penn Station East Coast Subs Confidential Operations Manual for daily operations. Our team is available to assist you when you need us. The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $508,000 to $859,000. This includes a $25,000 initial franchise fee. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.

We collect a royalty fee ranging from 0% to 8% of gross revenues, based on potential incentive plan eligibility.
